Euro Countdown!

• Pragmatic Play’s “Euro Countdown” is active in the selected participating games/tables and runs from the 29^th of April 2024 at 00:01 EEST to the 14^th of July 2024 at 23:59 EEST. During the Promotion Period, Euro Countdown will be divided as follows:
• From the 29^th of April 2024 at 00:01 EEST to the 2^nd of June 2024 at 23:59 EEST, the Promotion will be referred to as Euro Countdown, and will include:
  • A total of five prize drops, the “Weekly Euro Prize Drop”, which will run every week, from Monday to Sunday, throughout the Promotion Period on selected Roulette and Game Shows games/tables. A Weekly Euro Prize Drop may award players with prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning bet.
  • A total of five prize drops, each a “Weekly Goal Prize Drops”, which will run every week, from Monday to Sunday, throughout the Promotion Period on selected Roulette and Game Shows games/tables. A Weekly Goal Prize Drop may reward four (4) players who hold all four (4) distinctive words (namely, “Attacker”, “Defender”, “Goalkeeper”, “GOAL”) with prizes in the form of cash (as defined below).
• From the 3^rd of June at 00:01 EEST to the 14^th of July at 23:59 EEST, the Promotion will be referred to as Euro Kick Off.
• A total of six prize drops the “Weekly Euro Prize Drop”, which will run every week, from Monday to Sunday, throughout the Promotion Period on selected Roulette and Game Shows games/tables. A Weekly Euro Prize Drop may award players with prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning bet (as defined below).
  • A total of six prize drops each a “Weekly Cup Prize Drops”, which will run every week, from Monday to Sunday, throughout the Promotion Period on selected Roulette and Game Shows games/tables. A Weekly Goal Prize Drop may reward two players who hold all four distinctive words (namely, “Quarterfinals”, “Semi-Finals”, “Final”, “CUP”) with prizes in the form of cash (as defined below).
  • Each separate Weekly Euro Prize Drop, Weekly Goal Prize Drop, and/or Weekly Cup Prize Drop are available for selected Live Casino games/tables. Exclusions may apply.
• A Weekly Euro Prize Drop, Weekly Goal Prize Drop, and/or Weekly Cup Prize Drop shall be referred to, individually or collectively, as a promotion.
• In order to participate in any Promotion, a player must open any of the participating games/tables and join/opt into each promotion separately.
• In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a player will be required to play a real money bet with any bet amount/stake in any of the participating games/tables.
• A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for all applicable Weekly Euro Prize Drops, Weekly Goal Prize Drop and/or Weekly Cup Prize Drops promotions, according to the mechanics described below:

Weekly Euro Prize Drop mechanics:      

• To participate in a Weekly Euro Prize Drop, a player must open any of the participating games/tables and place a Qualifying Bet, where:
  • One Qualifying Bet may trigger one random prize drop from the prize pool during a single round.
• Prizes in a Weekly Euro Prize Drop may be won by players in the form of a multiplier amount, as set out in the Weekly Euro Prize Drops Prize Table.
  • If the winning bet exceeds €4, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of €4 or the equivalent amount in the available currencies X multiplier received.
• A player may win multiple random prize drops during a Weekly Euro Prize Drop period.
• The Weekly Euro Prize Drop rules and prize table are built in the participating games/tables. The Weekly Euro Prize Drop winning table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• Each Weekly Euro Prize Drop will end weekly upon the earlier of: (i) every Sunday at 23:59 EEST or (ii) when there are no more prizes left. 

Weekly Goal Prize Drop mechanics:      

• To participate in the Weekly Goal Prize Drop, a player must open any of the participating games/tables and place a Qualifying Bet, where:
  • One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) random prize drop from the prize pool during a single round.
• A player may win multiple random prize drops during the Weekly Goal Prize Drop period.
• Prizes in a Weekly Goal Prize Drop may be won by players in the form of four (4) distinctive words, as set out in the Weekly Goal Prize Drop Prize Table.
• To enter the final weekly draw, a player must hold at least one “GOAL” word in addition to the other three (3) distinctive words (namely, “Attacker”, “Defender”, “Goalkeeper”) collected during a Weekly Goal Prize Drop.
• Any four (4) players that collect all four (4) distinctive words included in a Weekly Goal Prize Drop will be awarded a cash prize worth three hundred Euros (€300) within forty-eight (48) hours after the end of every week during the Promotion Period.

i.e A player has dropped the following words: 7 Attacker, 10 Defender, 5 Goalkeeper, and 1 GOAL; and will receive a €300 cash prize within 48 hours after the end of the respective Weekly Goal Prize Drop.      

• The Weekly Goal Prize Drop rules and prize table are built in the participating games/tables. The Weekly Goal Prize Drop winning table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• Every Weekly Goal Prize Drop will end upon the earlier of: (i) every Sunday of the Euro Countdown Promotion Period at 23:59 EEST; or (ii) when there are no more random prizes left.

Weekly Cup Prize Drop mechanics:      

• To participate in the Weekly Cup Prize Drop, a player must open any of the participating games/tables and place a Qualifying Bet, where one (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) random prize drop from the prize pool during a single round.
• A player may win multiple random prize drops during the Weekly Cup Prize Drop period.
• Prizes in a Weekly Cup Prize Drop may be won by players in the form of four (4) distinctive words, as set out in the Weekly Cup Prize Drop Prize Table.
• To enter the final weekly draw, a player must hold at least one “CUP” word in addition to the other three (3) distinctive words (namely, “Quarterfinals”, “Semi-Finals”, “Final”) collected during a Weekly Cup Prize Drop.
• Any two (2) players that collect all four (4) distinctive words included in a Weekly Cup Prize Drop will be awarded a cash prize worth five hundred Euros (€500) within forty-eight (48) hours after the end of every week during the Promotion Period.

i.e A player has dropped the following words: 7 Quarterfinals, 10 Semi-Finals, 5 Final, and 1 CUP; and will receive a €500 cash prize within 48 hours after the end of the respective Weekly Cup Prize Drop.      

• The Weekly Cup Prize Drop rules and prize table are built in the participating games/tables. The Weekly Cup Prize Drop winning table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• Every Weekly Cup Prize Drop will end upon the earlier of: (i) every Sunday of the Euro Kickoff Promotion Period at 23:59 EEST; or (ii) when there are no more random prizes left.

Other general terms and conditions:      

• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games/tables.
• There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion.
• The total prize pool for the Promotion is estimated to be one hundred thousand Euros (€100,000) in cash, which is shared across the Promotion Period comprising of a number of operators. The total prize pool is split as follows:
  • A total estimated of eighty-eight thousand Euros (€88,000) to be awarded in cash across the Promotion Period in the Weekly Euro Prize Drops.
  • A total estimated to six thousand Euros (€6,000) to be awarded in cash additionally across the Promotion Period in the Weekly Goal Prize Drops.
  • A total estimated to six thousand Euros (€6,000) to be awarded in cash additionally across the Promotion Period in the Weekly Cup Prize Drops.
• All amounts are displayed in-game in the Player's Currency ("Player's Currency" is the currency of the territory in which the player is located). 
• Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as the terms generally used in the gaming and gambling industry.
• All prizes won during the Promotion Period must be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
• Any non-fixed prizes such as the Weekly Euro Prize Drop prizes which are won in excess of eighty-eight thousand Euros (€88,000) shall be paid out on the last month of the Network Promotion Period.
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Weekly Euro Countdown and/or Weekly Goal Prize Drop/Weekly Cup Prize Drop shall be carried forward to subsequent stages or to the next Promotion. 
• The Promotion is only available to players residing in Greece.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
• The above shall be read in conjunction with the in-game terms and conditions.

How to participate in the Weekly Goal Prize Drop:      

1. You must join or opt-in to any of the participating games/tables.
2. You must place at least one real money bet with any amount/stake on any of the participating games/tables.
3. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one random prize drop from the prize pool during the respective Weekly Goal Prize Drop period.
4. You may win multiple random prize drops during each day of the Promotion.  
5. Any four players who has collected all four distinctive words will be awarded one cash prize within forty-eight hours following the end of every Weekly Goal Prize Drop. 

Weekly Goal Prize Drop – Prize Pool      

How to participate in the Weekly Cup Prize Drop:      

1. You must join or opt-in to any of the participating games/tables.
2. You must place at least one real money bet with any amount/stake on any of the participating games/tables.
3. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one random prize drop from the prize pool during the respective Weekly Goal Prize Drop period.
4. You may win multiple random prize drops during each day of the Promotion.  
5. Any two players who has collected all four distinctive words will be awarded one cash prize within forty-eight hours following the end of every Weekly Cup Prize Drop.
